Hello! My name is Dave, and I’m also known as Scoob. Since 1998 I have owned a pop-up truck camper.
My first camper was made by Roamin’ Chariot. The company that built the camper no longer exists, though my camper is doing well after many miles (at least I hope it is as I sold it in 2016). The camper is/was sized to fit a Ford Ranger. The camper first ‘rode’ on a 1994 Ranger and then a 2005 Ranger – the new owner has a Toyota Tacoma.
My current camper is an Outfitter Manufacturing Caribou Lite 6.5 that rides on a 2007 Toyota Tundra (the work truck) or a 2016 Toyota Tundra (my personal truck).
